Erlend Heiberg, one of the UK’s leading names in
Hospitality and Real Estate consulting has been named as principle

consulting firm, Horwath HTL.
Erlend has over 18 years’ experience
working in the industry and is a member of the Royal institute of
Chartered Surveyors. Previously Erlend worked for the
InterContinental Hotels Group before holding senior positions at
CB Richard Ellis Hotels and Jones Lang La Salle Hotels in Dubai,
where he was initially Senior Vice President Middle East and North
Africa, before joining the London team as Senior Vice President of
CEE and Pan EMEA.
Commenting on his appointment, Erlend said, “It is a huge opportunity to expand
one of the great consulting brands in such a dynamic market as the
UK. The next two years will be a critical time for the industry as
we climb out of the recession, and Horwath HTL will be an
important part of that.”
The Horwath HTL UK office is a full service
organisation, offering strategic hospitality and leisure advice,
real estate investment and development services to operators,
private investors, institutional groups and real estate
developers.
Bernard Delomenie, EMEA Regional Director for
Crowe Horwath International said “We are delighted that Erlend has
decided to join the team in such an important destination, and we
look forward to establishing the UK office of Horwath HTL as a
tremendous addition to the other European offices.”
