Bentours has appointed experienced travel
professional Jeremy Hearst to the new role of Business Head.
Jeremy brings strong industry knowledge and managerial skills to
the position, working most recently as Senior Product Manager with
Tempo Holidays having been with the company since 2006.
Based in Sydney, Jeremy will be responsible for
developing and supporting the strategic direction of Bentours
which specialises in quality tours and cruises in Scandinavia,
Eastern Europe, Antarctica and South America.
Steve
Reynolds, Chief Executive Officer for Bentours’ parent company Cox
& Kings Australia, said Jeremy was a logical choice for the new
role. “Bentours will benefit enormously from Jeremy’s vast
knowledge, innovative ideas and strong people skills,’’ he said.
“He has a proven track record for delivering outstanding results,
most recently within the Tempo Holidays product department ... His ability to successfully manage
relationships with suppliers, customers and fellow staff members
is a big reason why he was the perfect fit for the Bentours
role.’’
