During November, Air Tahiti Nui passengers
travelling in First, Business or Economy Class will have the
opportunity to sample the 2010 Beaujolais Nouveau.
This exclusive
red wine, renowned around the world for its unique harvesting and
fermenting process, will be offered aboard all Air Tahiti Nui
flights from 18 November 2010 for approximately two weeks.
The rapidly fermented wine, which is made from Gamay grapes
produced in the Beaujolais region of France, is designed to be consumed as young as possible when it is at its freshest and
fruitiest.
Exclusively shipped once a year on annual
Beaujolais Nouveau Day - the first Thursday of November - the wine
will compliment Air Tahiti Nui’s inflight menu designed
by the airline’s French chef Michel Sarran.
