AirAsia has opened a call center in Greater
China that will handle the needs of travelers from Hong Kong,
China, Macau and Taiwan. The newly established call center is
situated in Guangzhou, China.
The center uses state-of-the-art telephone
terminal processing technology and equipment, with 25 lines and
more than 30 professionally trained line controllers.
Travelers
can use the centre to enquire about flight information, pre-book tickets, proceed
with payments, manage their bookings, make payments on optional
services (bags check-in, in-flight meals, seats pre-booking,
travel insurance etc.) and make complaints in Mandarin and
Cantonese.
The call centre is open Monday to Sunday between 08:00
and 21:00 Hong Kong time. The numbers to call are:
