Mandarin Oriental Signs Residences & Apartments in Macau

Mandarin Oriental has signed an agreement to brand and manage 56 residences and 36 apartments that are located above Mandarin Oriental, Macau, which is part of the One Central mixed-use complex on the Nape waterfront. The deal brings the total number of branded Residences at Mandarin Oriental around the world to 14.

With a planned opening in 2011, The Residences & Apartments in Macau will be the first branded Mandarin Oriental residential concept to open in Asia.

 Owners will be offered an exclusive extension to the brands luxury hotel experience with bespoke services and amenities to complement their lifestyles. In addition, owners will have private access to the One Central Residences Clubhouse.

The Residences & Apartments will enjoy views towards Nam Van Lake, the Macau Tower and Taipa Island. The overall One Central mixed-use complex includes an extensive upscale retail centre, and the luxury Mandarin Oriental hotel. The development is directly connected to the MGM Grand.

Owners of The Residences & Apartments will enjoy easy access to the facilities of the 213-room Mandarin Oriental, Macau and its vibrant restaurant and bar, Vida Rica. The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Macau incorporates a comprehensive range of wellness, beauty and massage treatments, offering holistic rejuvenation and relaxation in a tranquil, meditative setting.

The hotel also features a sophisticated fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool, lobby lounge and a Mandarin Oriental signature gourmet Cake Shop.

The project is being developed by Properties Sub F, Limited, a joint venture company between Shun Tak Holdings Limited and Hongkong Land Holdings Limited.
