Rezidor signs Gran Canaria Hotel

The Rezidor Hotel Group has signed a Radisson Blu hotel in Spain. The Radisson Blu Residence Gran Canaria - the former Hotel Dunas - will be fully renovated and will offer 144 apartments. It is scheduled to open in Q4 2012.

 The Radisson Blu Residence is located on the southern coast of the island near the quaint village of Arguineguin.

 Besides 144 spacious apartments (all with balconies overlooking the sea), the property will offer a restaurant, extensive leisure areas (including swimming pools and tennis courts), and a full service spa.

 For those mixing business with pleasure, five meeting rooms and a business centre will be available.

Gran Canaria is one of the key destination for travellers to Spain, and famous for idyllic beaches, intriguing landscape and a year-round mild climate.
