Thai Airways International Reports July 2010 Traffic

Thai Airways International's Available Seat per Kilometer (ASK) for July 2010 was 4.79% higher than in July 2009, and 7.62% higher than in June 2010.

Revenue per Kilometer (RPK) for the month was 12.43% higher than in July 2009, and 26.07% higher than in June 2010. The Cabin Factor for July 2010 averaged 76.53%, which was 7.29% higher than in July 2009, and 17.14% higher than in June 2010.

Between January - July 2010, the Available Seat per Kilometer (ASK) was 6.46% higher than the same period last year. The Revenue per Kilometer (RPK) was 9.88% higher than the same period in 2009. The Cabin Factor averaged 73.53%, which was 3.21% higher than the same period the previous year.

As for Cargo and Commercial Mail, the Available Dead Load Ton-Kilometers (ADTK) in July 2010 was 21.43% higher than in July 2009, and 6.53% higher than in June 2010. The Revenue Freight Ton-Kilometers (RFTK) in July 2010 was 48.24% higher than in July 2009, and 1.20% higher than in June 2010. The Freight Load Factor for July 2010 averaged at 61.76%, which was 26% higher than in July 2009, and 5% lower than in June 2010.

Between January-July 2010, the ADTK was 17.10% higher than the same period in 2009. The RFTK during this period was 54.01% higher than the same period in 2009. The Freight Load Factor averaged 62.15%, which was 31.51% higher than the same period last year.
