Finnair is to launch a daily connection between
Helsinki and Gdansk on 27 March 2011. Gdansk will be Finnair's
third destination in Poland in addition to Krakow and Warsaw.
"Through the new route, we'll be able to serve
our customers in the Gdansk area better than before. The daily
service to Helsinki will open to residents of Gdansk and the
surrounding area fast connections to Asia via Helsinki," said Finnair's Senior Vice President Operations Ville Iho.
The Gdansk route will be flown daily with
Finncomm Airlines' modern ATR fleet.
Flights from Helsinki to Gdansk will be on
Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 09:45, and on other days of
the week at 16:40.
Flights will depart Gdansk on Mondays,
Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11:15, and on other days of the week
at 18:10.
