After having recently opened a
2-star favehotel in Surabaya’s MEX Building, Aston
International has now signed a new Surabaya hotel project for its
3-star lifestyle Quest hotel brand.
The new Quest Hotel will be developed by the
Maspion Group, who also is behind the Aston managed favehotel MEX
Building, and is scheduled to be open by late 2012.
Located on Jalan Rangga Lawe in Surabaya’s Central Business District the new
Quest will offer 150 guest rooms and facilities that correspond to
international 3-star standards.
Since its launch less than two years ago Quest has opened in
Central Java’s Semarang and is in process to develop several
hotels in Bali as well as a 400+-room hotel in Cebu,
Philippines.
Aston International’s Vice President of Sales
& Marketing, Mr. Norbert Vas, said, "Maspion is one of the most
reputable conglomerates in Indonesia and we are very proud and
grateful that Maspion has yet again chosen one of our hotel
brands. The new Quest will be a perfect fit for Surabaya and bring
a dash of style and cheerfulness to Surabaya’s otherwise rather
predictable 3 star hotel offerings."
