AirTran Airways Partners IHG

AirTran Airways and InterContinental Hotels Group have partnered to offer benefits to their loyalty program - A+ Rewards and Priority Club Rewards - members.

IHG offers A+ Rewards credits for hotel stays at any one of its 4,500 hotels worldwide including InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn, Holiday Express, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites.

“We selected IHG to be AirTran Airways’ preferred hotel partner because of its extensive portfolio of well-known brands,” said Tad Hutcheson, vice president of marketing and sales for AirTran Airways. “Now our frequent fliers can get a bonus for flying and staying whether it’s for business or leisure travel.”

Now, when A+ Rewards members join Priority Club and designate their earning preference accordingly, members will earn a 1/2 A+ Rewards credit for every qualified IHG hotel stay. Priority Club members can redeem 10,000 Priority Club points for two A+ Rewards credits.
