Grand Park Orchard to Open in July

Park Hotel Group has confirmed that its new flagship property, the Grand Park Orchard, will open in July of this year. The 308-room hotel, together with its four-storey retail podium, Knightsbridge, is the crown jewel of Park Hotel Group, a fast-growing hospitality chain in the Asia Pacific region.

Grand Park Orchard is located on Singapore’s most vibrant and pulsating shopping district, Orchard Road. The property is emerging after an Sin$80 million makeover of the former Park Hotel Orchard. The new hotel promises to redefine the skyline with an herringbone-designed glass façade and dramatic eight-storey tall media wall.

The stylishly furnished rooms offer comfort and modern conveniences such as high-speed internet access, LCD TV, DVD player, minibar and coffee/tea making facilities. Most rooms come with large floor-to-ceiling windows, presenting Orchard Road at its glittering best.

Suite room guests enjoy pampering amenities such as a 40-inch Bang & Olufsen LCD TV, Hermann Miller designer desk chair, personal PCs with all-in-one printer, scanner and fax. Located on Level 4, the chic hotel lobby overlooks the outdoor pool and the Champagne Bar, serving signature concoctions of Veuve Clicquot cocktails. All-day dining restaurant Open House will feature four open kitchen stations serving signature dishes of pizzas, dim sum, sandwiches, claypot dishes and roast meat.
