Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Monday, 9 March 2009

Royal Jet, an UAE based, international luxury executive flight services company, has opened a new charter brokerage service.

Royal Jet Charter Brokerage, based in Dubai provides travel solutions through sourcing the appropriate aircraft for charter through a network of carefully audited operators.

The new charter brokerage service provides customers with a facility whereby if a Royal Jet aircraft is not available due to seasonality or aircraft size an alternative travel solution can be sourced for the customer. Royal Jet’s President and CEO, Shane O’Hare, President & CEO explains, “The brokerage is a global service and if we receive a request for journey within Europe, such as Geneva to London our brokerage can find the right aircraft at the best price.”

“Agreements with quality operators enable us to provide a service consistent with Royal Jet standards on safety, security and service. This is what our customers would expect as part of the service guarantee offered by a reliable and established operator such as Royal Jet.”

The brokerage service is a key aspect of Royal Jet’s growth strategy and is in line with the company’s policy of increasing diversification into a range of complementary activities. These include FBO [Fixed Base Operations] facilities; aircraft management and acquisition consultancy; medical evacuation services and the core aircraft charter business.

Royal Jet is the regions market leader and is set to increase its share over the coming months. O’Hare said, “We will achieve this through measured and practical growth. The new brokerage is an area of strong revenue potential and it will assist us in achieving our business objectives. The service has already been welcomed by our range of high profile clients, such as Royalty, Heads of State, corporate clients and the entertainment world.”

Royal Jet’s charter brokerage service operates from Sheikh Zayed Road and is managed by Claudia Ferreira and Christine Lee.
