With plans to further expand operations
internationally by opening offices in North Africa, Middle East,
Asia and Australia within the next twelve months, eRevMax has
re-worked the group’s legal structure as well as its senior
management team.
eRevMax is one of the largest
providers of online benchmarking and channel management
technology in the hospitality marketplace.
Reuel Ghosh and Andrew Morsi, the
shareholders and founders of eRevMax, have stepped down from the
day to day management of the group and will serve as Presidents on
the Board of Directors.
Sascha Hausmann, so far Chief Operating
Officer, has been named Chief Executive Officer of eRevMax and
will remain a member of the board. Sascha, 35, who was appointed
COO of eRevMax in June 2007, has overseen the
introduction of the global sales team, marketing and
support initiatives as well as many business alliances.
Going forward, he will lead all global operations.
In order to streamline operations,
the eRevMax Group has also re-organized the corporate group
structure. A newly incorporated eRevMax International, based in
Dublin, Ireland will be the new holding company for the various
business units in the USA, Europe and Asia.
The daily
operations of the company will be led by a modified senior
management team, reporting directly to Sascha Hausmann. The team
includes:

India – In charge of software development and IT infrastructure and
head of India operations.
Lars Hahn – Chief Financial
Officer (CFO) – In charge of all financial aspects of the eRevMax
International Group.

RTCorporate product lines in North and South America.
Ragnar
Strerath – VP Product Development – Responsible for sales of the
RTConnect product line and head of global product development.
On handing daily operations over to Sascha, Andrew Morsi,
President said, “Over the past eight years we have been very
involved in building eRevMax. We have come a long way and
established a very reputable company with a suite of high quality
products and services that we offer to an expanding customer base.
We are confident Sascha can continue to lead organisational change
and development for the benefit of the product, company,
employees, customers and shareholders. We will be focusing our
energies on exploring acquisitions and strategic initiatives to
further develop innovative technologies for hoteliers.”
