Etihad Holidays, a division of Etihad Airways,
has launched its Eid programme which contains special deals at
more than 30 hotels in destinations in Africa, Europe, the Far
East and Middle East.
The deals, which include
breaks to Cape Town from Dhs 4,510, Bangkok from Dhs 5,720 and
Amman from Dhs 4,410, are packed with bonus offers such as
complimentary extra nights, room upgrades, breakfast and airport
transfers.
Featured in the Eid packages are “hot
deals” which offer value for money breaks at five
star luxury hotels in Thailand, Malaysia and South Africa.
“Hot deals” in the Eid programme include the
Millennium
Resort Patong in Phuket from Dhs 6,885 and the Hotel Le Vendome in
Cape Town from Dhs 6850. Prices include all applicable taxes and
surcharges.
Peter Baumgartner, Etihad Airways’
chief commercial officer, said, “Many people are keen to go on a
short break for Eid but aren’t sure where to go, so the new Etihad
Holidays programme is ideal because there is so much to choose
from, whether short haul to Muscat or the Dead sea, or further a
field to the beaches of Thailand or a city break in England.”
Eid deals to Thailand, one of Etihad’s most popular
destinations, include the four star Imperial Queens Park in
Bangkok from Dhs 5,720 for a three night stay and the five star
Grand Sukhumvit Hotel from Dhs 6,065.
Also on
offer is three nights at the Novotel Phuket from Dhs 6,725. In
addition to return flights from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok, Phuket
holiday deals also include return flights to the island of Phuket
with Etihad’s codeshare partner Bangkok Airways.
Elsewhere in the Far East, Eid breaks are on offer to hotels in
Kuala Lumpur as well as beach holidays in Penang and Langkawi,
Malaysia.
Etihad Airways launched flights to Cyprus
in June 2009 and since then it has been very popular with
holidaymakers from the UAE and across the Middle East. Etihad
customers can spend two nights at the luxurious Elysium hotel, a
five star deluxe hotel, from Dhs 4,195 with extra nights starting
from Dhs 610 per person per night.
Also available
in Cyprus are Eid packages to the Mediterranean Beach Hotel in
Limassol from Dhs 3,465 and Le Meridien Limassol Spa and Resort
from Dhs 3,905. All hotels in Cyprus offer complimentary breakfast
and airport transfers.

and Spa, as well as hotels in Amman and the Dead Sea in Jordan.
