Island Global Yachting (IGY), the luxury marina
developer and management company, is promoting its international
destinations at this year’s Dubai International Boat Show with four
exclusive offers to its premier global locations. The offers span the
world including the Caribbean hubs, Rodney Bay Marina in St Lucia and
Yacht Haven Grand in St Thomas, Mandalina Marina and Yacht Club in
Sibenik, Croatia and Dubai’s spectacular Festival Marina.
At the premier Caribbean destination, Yacht
Haven Grande, St Thomas, IGY is giving away platinum packages
until 10th May 2009 even when berthing less than 45 days. This
special offer guarantees an available berth for guests, within a
specific timeframe, and provides them with a reduced fee on water,
electric and internet as well as free satellite TV.
Yacht Haven
Grande is one of the most exclusive marina facilities for mega-yachts
within the Caribbean and encompasses a 48-berth mega-yacht marina
completed by 80,000 square feet of retail space, exciting dining
and entertainment options, recreational amenities and seaside
residences.
At Rodney Bay Marina, St Lucia, IGY is
offering three nights for the price of two until the 8th May 2009.
Considered one of the Caribbean’s leading centers for yachting and
sport fishing, Rodney Bay Marina provides yachters 248 berths and
a 4.5 acre boatyard, as well as excellent accommodations for
mega-yachts up to 80m with drafts of up to 4.5m - all in a
well-protected hurricane-safe haven.
Across the
Atlantic, IGY is offering a 10% discount when a berth reservation
is made before the 15th April 2009. Mandalina Marina and Yacht
Club is situated in the central part of the Croatian Adriatic
coast, in the historical town of Sibenik. It delivers all the
facilities of a modern marina, including charter options, a
sailing school division, grocery store and swimming pool.
IGY is also offering 13 months
for the price of 12 at Festival Marina, Dubai. Designed and built
as a Mediterranean style luxury yachting hub, Festival Marina
accommodates 74 yachts from 15-35m in length and features
extra-wide pontoons and a state-of-the-art helipad.
Michael Horrigan, CEO Middle East and Europe, IGY said, “IGY has some of the world’s top marinas in the most
popular and beautiful yachting destinations. We felt that the
Dubai International Boat Show was a perfect opportunity to promote
a number of these marinas. We are looking forward to meeting
visitors at the show and we are sure these great offers will be a
popular attraction.”
The Dubai International Boat
Show is the largest and most established event of its kind in the
region. The exhibition, which is running between 3rd-7th March 2009, is
located at the Dubai International Marine Club, Mina Seyahi,
Dubai.
