Jetstar Asia has extended its ‘Price Beat Guarantee’
promotion until 16 August 2009. The low cost airline first launched the
promotion on all its online published fares in December 2008.
The ‘Price Beat Guarantee’ is only applicable
should a traveler find another published online fare that is
lower than the lowest available fare on Jetstar.com (not
including JetFlex fares).
Customers must notify Jetstar Asia of the
lower fare via its 24 hour call centre at 800-6167-017. Once the
fare is verified, Jetstar Asia will beat the lower fare by 10%
if the customer makes the reservation immediately via the call centre.
“The current economy makes it a tough operating
environment where competition will be intense and fares will be
under pressure. People are going for cheaper fares as they become
more cost conscious and want to get value for money deals. By
extending the ‘Price Beat Guarantee’ promotion, customers can see
for themselves that Jetstar Asia is devoted to offering the lowest
all inclusive fares to our passengers,” said Mr. Leslie Ng, Head
of Commercial, Jetstar Asia/Valuair.
Jetstar Asia continues to attract passengers by
operating out of Changi Airport Terminal One, offering free online
seat selection, providing leather seats and a generous free 20kg
luggage allowance.
