The Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives,
has started to accept reservations in advance of its scheduled
opening in November 2009.
The new beachside resort on the South Ari Atoll
in the Maldives is offering ocean front suites from US$ 399 plus
tax per room per night.
The resort, operated by Thailand-based Centara
Hotels & Resorts, is designed in a colonial style with whitewashed
timber buildings, meandering boardwalks and picket fences.
Spacious suites and villas located on the
beachfront and over-water offer stylish accommodation for
individual travellers, romantic couples and family fun groups.
Guests choosing the Island Club level of
accommodation have access to the exclusive Club Lounge with its
signature complimentary servings.
The resort has its own reef and a
dedicated shipwreck that offers superb scuba diving and
snorkelling for all ages and skills. There is also an oceanfront
spa village that will help people relax with a myriad of
treatments available.
