SAS has launched promotional fares of 50,000 Baht for a roundtrip Economy Extra and 85,000 Baht for Business Class between Bangkok and 36 northern European cities.

The booking period lasts until 30 June for travel before 30 September 2009.

The 36 destinations include major urban gateways in Scandinavia, Germany and Belgium such as Berlin, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Hannover, Hamburg, Brussels, Oslo, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Helsinki.

The premium class travel offer extends to an additional 26 smaller destinations across Denmark, Sweden and Norway at no extra cost.

"Our latest SAS special offer has been created to serve both the business community in Thailand and European expats and their families returning home for summer," said Mr Hakan Olsson, Director and General Manager for SAS in Southeast Asia. "The numerous summer festivals, long daylight hours and pleasant weather make it a great time of the year for tourists to visit northern Europe too."

Passengers who fly in Economy Extra class can enjoy a separate cabin and a range of business benefits such as audio and video on demand, a wider seat, and enhanced dining options.

Travellers who prefer Business Class can stretch out in a near-horizontal sleeping seat and enjoy a 26cm personal screen, superior meal services, a unique in-flight buffet bar, and business lounge facilities at the airport.

The fares quoted exclude taxes and fees (from 12,000 baht), and are subject to fare rules; subject to change and capacity is limited.
