Effective June 14, 2009, India’s Jet Airways will launch services to the kingdom of Saudi
Arabia with daily, direct services from Mumbai to the Saudi Arabian
administrative and commercial capital cities of Riyadh and Jeddah
respectively.
These cities will be Jet Airways'
seventh and eighth destinations respectively in the airline's growing
Gulf network.
The airline will operate the new flights aboard a
state-of-the-art Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Flight 9W 524 will
depart Mumbai at 19:30, arriving in Riyadh at 21:05. 9W 523
will then depart Riyadh at 22:05, arriving in Mumbai at 04:30.
Flight 9W 522 will depart Mumbai at 19:00, arriving in Jeddah at
2130 hrs. 9W 521 will then depart Jeddah at 22:30, arriving in
Mumbai at 06:10.

CEO, Jet Airways, said, “The introduction of these
new flights will serve to further strengthen our Gulf network, better
enabling us to offer passengers seamless connectivity and a world-class
product on the Indo-Gulf sector.”
Jet Airways currently flies
daily to Kuwait, Bahrain, Muscat, Doha, Dubai and Abu Dhabi from several
Indian cities.
