Europcar appoints Wakefield as Account Manager - New Zealand

Car rental company Europcar has appointed Terry Wakefield to the position of Corporate and Leisure Account Manager for New Zealand.

Based in Christchurch, Mr Wakefield will be responsible for the day to day management of corporate and leisure business for Europcar including the development and implementation of new strategies to drive sales.

He brings strong business development and sales skills to the role having held senior positions with leading travel and car rental companies in New Zealand over an eight year period.

Prior to joining Europcar, Mr Wakefield was New Zealand Sales Manager for UK wholesaler Albatross Travel and has also worked as Sales Manager for Visitor Television Channel and Business Development Manager for National car rental looking after the company’s leisure and corporate divisions.
