Virgin Atlantic has made the following two new senior
appointments in South Africa and Nigeria.
Richard Myerscough
has been appointed as Country Manager for South Africa. Based in
Johannesburg, Richard will be responsible for the airline’s South
African operations, which includes a daily service between
Johannesburg and London Heathrow, and a seasonal service between
London Heathrow and Cape Town from October through to April.
Richard arrives in South Africa from Nigeria where he held the
post of Country Manager. Prior to that Richard was based in Virgin
Atlantic’s Head Office in the UK where he was Sales Distribution
Manager.
Nick Taylor has
been appointed Country Manager for Nigeria. Based in Lagos, Nick
will be responsible for Virgin Atlantic’s operation in Nigeria,
which includes a daily service between Lagos and London Heathrow.
Nick previously held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager
in Lagos and prior to that was Airport Manager in Nigeria for
Virgin Atlantic.
