China Airlines has inaugurated its
Taipei-Surabaya flights as an extension of its Taipei-Singapore
route.
The Taipei-based airline will begin with four
flights a week between Taipei and Surabaya, using Airbus 330-300
aircraft.
CAL's Senior Vice President, Brian Kuo-Hsing Chou, said,
"China Airlines, in cooperation
with Garuda Indonesia, has always been an active player in the
development of air transport ties between Taiwan and Indonesia. In
future, China Airlines will continue to expand its destination
network to enhance Taiwan's position as a global aviation hub.
With the commencement of services between Surabaya and Taipei,
China Airlines will continue to maintain the highest standards of
quality service."
