Utell Hotels & Resorts has welcomed the
soon-to-be-launched, luxury Hotel Rafayel in London as one of its
newest members.
Hotel Rafayel in London has incorporated the
latest technological advances in LED lightings, air-conditioning
and VDA efficiencies, to help minimize their impact on the
environment. Without compromising on style, luxury or comfort,
being green at the Rafayel means that a guests carbon footprint
will be reduced by 17kg to 53kg compared to the 70kg that an
average London hotel emits per guest. This accounts for around
495,000kg of reduced CO2 emissions annually in the earths
atmosphere thanks to Rafayels efforts.
Examples of features in all standard rooms
include - VDA Micromaster room automation system with touch
control glass panels enabling door access, lighting control, air
conditioning control, internet room service and housekeeping
management - Philips HD 32 Ambilight LCD TVs - Flush ceiling
speakers to bedrooms and bathrooms to allow audio from TV or
personal device connected through MediaHub - Free broadband and
Wi-Fi and MediaHub panel fitted to all bedrooms allowing guests to
connect their laptop, iPod, MP3, game console, digital camera or
DVD player to the in-room TV and audio system.
Ike Latif, Hotel Developer, Hotel Rafayel said,
Membership to Utell provides a vital step towards helping achieve
our sales, marketing and distribution goals. Simultaneously, we
are able to retain our identity whilst receiving business support
and invaluable access to major revenue driving tactics, in order
to compete immediately on an international level.
Rafayel is located at 34 Lombard Road,
Battersea, on the south bank of the River Thames, adjacent to the
London Heliport. The hotel may have a tranquil waterside location,
guests do not have to go far to experience bustling city life and
urban amenities. Battersea Park, with its contemporary gallery, is
just a short walk along the riverside, and nearby Battersea Rise
and Battersea Square boasts a broad variety of eateries, cafs,
markets and shops. Sloane Square and Harrods are both under two
miles away, but the hotel still offers a shuttle service to Sloane
Street every 20 minutes.
