The Kowloon Shangri-La in Hong Kong is getting reading
to re-launch a Tour of Italy, a series of cooking classes covering
diversified culinary regions of the whole country under the tutelage of Angelinis Chef Vittorio Lucariello.
The hotels food and beverage division is
bringing back the classes to satisfy the interest received
from those who attended the previous series. The series will take
place from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and run every last Saturday of the
month from February to December 2009.
The price of each
cooking class is HK$818 plus 10%service charge per
person. The fee includes lunch at Angelini and one glass of wine.
For enrolment in three classes,
participants get the fourth class free.
Each class commences with a welcome
reception at The Lobby Lounge, followed by a menu
briefing, refreshments and final preparation.
The Tour
of Italy series is a great platform for interaction between our
master chefs and guests. Each guest takes home recipes from the
classes, a certificate and a completely satisfied appetite, said
Chef Vittorio.
