Seawings, a seaplane tour operator in the Middle
East, has launched a Summer Promotion.
Over the summer months, passengers can
benefit from a buy-one-get-one-free flight experience to the East
and North Coast Emirates of Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah when
booking directly with Seawings.
The summer promotion starts today, 1 July
2009, and will run until the end of September 2009.
The flight starts with an exhilarating take off
from the private marina of Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa for a 45
minute journey to Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah. En route passengers
get to see the picturesque beauty of the coastal skyline of three
of the most significant coastal cities of the UAE, Dubai, Fujairah
and Ras Al Khaimah.
These special packages are priced
between AED 995 - AED 1195 per flight and include views of Dubai's
most iconic landmarks such as the Palm Jumeirah, The World Islands, Burj Al Arab, and the historic Dubai Creek before continuing over
the Hajar Mountains, Dibba Coast and historic Fujairah before a
smooth seaplane landing on the East or North coast of the UAE.
Fujairah is the only emirate that lies on the eastern side of
the UAE, along the Gulf of Oman and is famed as one of the premier
diving and snorkeling sites in the region. Diving off the East
Coast of the UAE can rival some of the best diving sites in the
world. Seawings makes it easier to enjoy this remote location by
offering scenic flights that provides guests with an opportunity
to see one of the most striking areas of the country.
Ras
Al Khaimah, located on the North coast, is a rich and rugged land,
with beautiful and dramatic mountains and red sandy deserts. It
has a rich heritage which manifest in numerous historical sites,
forts and abandoned villages. Views from the seaplane of the
distant Al Hajar Mountains appear on the horizon long before you
reach the city of Ras Al Khaimah, after which the landscape
changes to red sandy dunes decorated with meandering camels.
