Monte dei Paschi di Siena (MPS) Group, one of the
world's oldest banks, has appointed Hogg Robinson Group (HRG) as its
corporate travel management provider in Italy.
Recognising the company's long-standing
international corporate travel expertise and ability to service
the unique requirements of the financial services industry, MPS
appointed HRG Italia to further develop the bank's corporate
travel management programmes and policies.
HRG will also implement a number of bespoke
technology solutions to monitor traveller and data security,
ensure policy compliance and provide reporting on corporate
travel. These initiatives will be focused on obtaining better
value for the business in terms of cost, quality and service
delivery. In line with the company's requirement for a customised
service, in addition to servicing MPS's day to day requirements
HRG has developed an integrated 'high touch' solution to service
the bank's high profile VIP travellers.
Claudio Miglio, Managing Director of HRG Italia,
said, "HRG is thrilled to be working with such a distinguished organisation. We look forward to providing the best possible
services to MPS and introducing outstanding levels of service and
innovative solutions. I'm particularly delighted that MPS noted
HRG's commitment to its service offering and flexible approach -
these are qualities we will be taking forward as we work
together."
