The Peak Tram, Hong Kong's much-loved
transportation icon which has served the city for 121 years, is
offering children (aged 3-11) a round-trip journey on the Peak
Tram for just HK$1.
From 15 May till 21 June 2009, for
every Hong Kong resident (aged 12-64) who purchases a round-trip
Peak Tram Ticket at the Garden Road Peak Tram Lower Terminus, the
accompanying child (aged 3-11) can purchase the same type of
ticket for only HK$1.
This promotion applies to the purchase of a
round-trip Peak Tram ticket, or a round-trip Peak Tram Sky Pass
with access to the Peak Tower's Sky Terrace.
The four signature restaurants
at the Peak Tower (Pearl on the Peak, Tien Yi Chinese Restaurant,
Kyo Hachi Japanese Restaurant and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co Restaurant
& Market) and Madame Tussauds Hong Kong have also launched
special HK$1 special offers.
The Peak Tram
operates from 7 am to 12 midnight (daily) and the Sky Terrace
opens from 10 am to 11 pm (Monday to Friday) and 8 am to 11 pm
(Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).
