Kale Consultants, a solutions provider to the airline, logistics and travel (ALT) industry, has entered into a multi-year outsourcing contract with Wataniya Airways, Kuwait’s new full service luxury airline.

As part of the deal, Kale will deliver complete outsourced revenue accounting and passenger audit services from its delivery centre. Kale will put into service its passenger revenue accounting solution – REVERA, as the backbone of this platform-based BPO deal. Kale will provide services to the airline from its Managed Processing Services centres in India.

George Cooper, CEO - Wataniya Airways, said, “Outsourcing our accounting and audit services to a specialist like Kale is a very strategic step in our preparations to officially commence operations in January 2009. This will help us to keep our costs in line and build efficiencies to focus on devising competitive strategies in our core area of business.”

Ravi Chakravarty, Sales Head – EMEA & Asia Pacific, Kale Consultants Ltd added, “We are delighted to partner with Wataniya Airways, which is set to become the premium luxury airline in the middle-east. Our engagement will not stop with providing revenue accounting and audit services but we endeavor to be a one stop solution for Wataniya Airways which will soon be leveraging the unique benefits that our platform-based BPO solution offers. They are assured of fast and accurate management information, and this would provide invaluable inputs to their go-to-market strategy.”
