China Southern Airlines (CZ) has launched its northern
summer flight schedule, with daily services from Australia to Guangzhou,
and extensive onward services throughout China.
With the end of Daylight Saving in Eastern
Australia from 5 April, China Southern will operate five nonstop
flights per week from Sydney to Guangzhou, and two weekly nonstop
flights from Melbourne to Guangzhou, all with dual class Airbus
A330-200 aircraft.
The return to Australian Eastern Standard Time
means China Southern’s Sydney flights will now depart at 10.50am
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, while Melbourne
flights will leave at 09.40am every Monday and Thursday, arriving
late afternoon in Guangzhou.
Beyond Guangzhou, China Southern
offers an extensive network of services to key destinations
throughout China, including:
- 10 daily flights to the national
