Win 4 Nights in Phuket at Wedding Show in London

The Laguna Phuket is to showcase its Chapel-on-the-Lagoon at the UK’s National Wedding Show in Earls Court London on 2 – 4 October (stand B61).

Wedding Show attendees will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a dream wedding and honeymoon at Laguna Phuket, including a 4-night stay in a Lagoon Villa at the Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket, one of the deluxe Laguna Phuket hotels.

The prize includes daily breakfast for two people, roundtrip airport transfers and a resort style wedding ceremony or vow renewal at the Chapel-on-the-Lagoon.

Last year’s competition winners, Julia and Nicolas Sawkins, recently enjoyed their prize at the resort, by staying at the Sheraton Grande Laguna.

“Many British couples are opting for a cheaper, yet more luxurious destination wedding rather than the expensive traditional ceremony at home, which in these tough times are proving difficult to afford,” said Christina Assmann, Laguna Phuket’s newly appointed wedding services manager. “Our starting price of around £1,600 for the ceremony, including hair, makeup, photographer and much more, is a price that is difficult to resist. With Phuket’s stunning scenery and warm climate there is really is something magical here for bridal parties and memorable weddings are what we specialise in.”

Inspired by Thailand’s waterborne culture, the elegant Chapel-on-the-Lagoon perches on stilts above the tropical waterways of the integrated resort complex.

Centrally located within Laguna Phuket, the non-denominational chapel is only minutes from any of the deluxe Laguna hotels.

Although the exterior design is reminiscent of traditional Thai architecture, the interior reflects a modern minimalist style which allows the main focal point to be the stunning 360-degree panoramic water views offered through the Chapel’s floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
