Emaar MGF, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has partnered with Marriott International to design, construct and equip luxury-branded JW Marriott Hotels in New Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Amritsar, entailing  total investments over US$ 400 million. Elaborating on this partnership, Mr. Shravan Gupta, Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Emaar MGF, said, “As services, travel, and tourism sectors continue to show impressive growth in India, resultant demand for more hotel rooms is on an upswing. However, there still seems to be a huge gap between demand and supply and our partnership with Marriott is an endeavor towards effectively bridging this gap.”

“We are excited to partner with Marriott International, for setting up one of their marquee brands, JW Marriot hotels in New Delhi, Hyderabad and Kolkata and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Amritsar. For Emaar MGF, this partnership is a step forward in our ambitious hospitality plans, as we consistently endeavour to bring global service standards and service excellence in the Indian hospitality business,” added Mr Gupta.
