Hawaiian Airlines
is to reduce fuel surcharges on fares sold in Australia, effective from Monday,
8 December 2008.
The new one-way fuel surcharge between Sydney and Honolulu will be
A$110, a roundtrip tax of A$220.
Hawaiian Airlines sectors between Honolulu and neighbour islands, or on flights between the islands do not attract a fuel surcharge.
The fuel surcharge on Hawaiian Airlines flights between Honolulu and the US mainland remains unchanged at
A$45 per sector, or A$90 per roundtrip.
The reduced fuel surcharge levels apply for all tickets issued or re-issued from
8 December 2008.
