Paris-based Warwick International Hotels
has signed on to Pegasus’ industry-leading Global Commission Processing
Solution. Warwick, which also uses Pegasus’ representation service Utell
for the majority of its more than 40 hotels, resorts and spas worldwide, will now be
able to offer travel agents bi-weekly commission payments in their currency of choice for its owned hotels in the United
States and Europe with signature hotels in New York and Paris.
G. Paul LeBlanc, vice president of marketing and sales for Warwick, says given the success of its work with
Utell, Pegasus’ Global Commission Processing services were the natural choice for Warwick.
“Warwick is an international brand with hotels and resorts in the U.S., EMEA and ASPAC,” said LeBlanc. “As more travelers from around the
world book in these various destinations via agents, it’s our responsibility to cater to their needs, offering them timely payment in any of
Pegasus’ 37 currencies offered. We also will now have various reports to help capture agent booking information to further strengthen our agent
relationships, and ultimately, our hotels’ business.”
Worldwide,
Pegasus’
commission processing services serve more than 35,000 properties, as well as
a majority of travel agencies and travel distributors in more than 200 countries.
