Effective May 1, 2008, the KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Media Relations department will be represented by the following team of
spokespersons: Ellen van Ginkel, Marisca Kensenhuis and Nanke Kramer.
Ellen van Ginkel (28) joined KLM Media Relations on January 2 and was previously spokesperson at Maison de la France The Netherlands
(the French Tourist Board). Marisca Kensenhuis (37) joined the department on January 28 from KLM Inflight Services where she was
communications consultant and editor. Nanke Kramer (44) joined KLM on March 1 having been head of communications at the APX
Group, international provider of power and gas exchanges.
After 21 years with KLM, Bart Koster (51) has decided to pursue his career elsewhere and has left the Media Relations team. Koen van Zijl
(41), who has served KLM Media Relations as an interim spokesman since May 2007, will move on to new challenges once the Media
Relations team is at full strength.
