Wichaporn Poopath joins dusitD2 baraquda pattaya as Public Relations Whiz

The dusitD2 baraquda pattaya has appointed Ms. Wichaporn Poopath as Public Relations Whiz.

Ms. Wichaporn completed her Bachelors Degree at Bangkok University, majoring in Tourism and Hotel Studies and minoring in English.

She earned 3 years experience as a First Class flight attendant and another year as an Inflight Training Manager with Royal Jordanian Airline. Ms. Wichaporn then decided to alter her career path by joining MGB Engineering Consultancy, a company based in Dubai, where she spent a year as Personal Assistant to Middle East Project Manager.

In 2007, she returned to Thailand and joined the Amari Orchid Resort and Tower Pattaya as Social Director of the Mantra Restaurant and Bar. While there, she gained experience with public relations and social business.

Ms. Wichaporn will be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling different PR programs for the new dusitD2 hotel in Pattaya.

Dusit International's second D2 hotel, the dusitD2 baraquda pattaya, is scheduled to open late 2008.

The trendy boutique hotel will feature just 72 rooms and suites, a club lounge, a main restaurant serving Indochine food, a hip bar, pool bar, and sunset lounge, spa, fitness, retail shop, a free-form swimming pool, and two meeting rooms.
