The Sukhothai Bangkok has welcomed back well-known hotelier Gregory Meadows as General Manager.
Mr Meadows takes over from Mr George Benney who returns to his native Australia following four years of service at the
popular 210-room property.
Mr Meadows
said, “It is a great honour to return to such a wonderful hotel and I look forward to continue building on the property’s outstanding
reputation for service excellence.”
Previous to re-joining The Sukhothai, Mr Meadows was opening General Manager of
The Conrad
Bangkok, where he worked for seven years.
From 1996 to 2001 he was General Manager of The Sukhothai.
“It hardly feels as though I have been away at all,” Mr Meadows added.“It is not really about me returning to the hotel it is more what I can do for the brand that everybody involved with The Sukhothai Bangkok has
created and how we can keep moving forward and remain at the top.”
The
Sukhothai Bangkok is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World network.
