From
today, Valuair is offering thrice weekly morning and evening flights to Medan instead of
the previous six times weekly morning flights.
Valuair began operating flights to the Northern Sumatran capital city on 30 March 2008.
With the new flight schedule, the airline will fly three morning flights on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, as well as three
evening flights on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
“We are pleased to offer our passengers, particularly those residing in Medan, this new arrangement which will allow them to connect to our
regional flights departing from Singapore’s Changi Airport Terminal One with more convenience,” said Valuair and Jetstar Asia’s CEO Ms
Chong Phit Lian.
Besides Medan, Valuair also flies to Indonesia’s capital city, Jakarta, as well as Bali and Surabaya. Its sister airline Jetstar Asia flies to ten
other Asian cities including Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Manila, Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Taipei and
Yangon.
