The
InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong has appointed Mr. Lincoln James Davis as Director of Quality
Management and Edmund Pak
as
Director of Revenue.
Lincoln
James Davis, a British national, has over 15 years experience in the field of quality and training working with major international operators such as
Forte Hotels, Le Meridien, Movenpick and Starwood. Lincoln returned to Asia having previously worked
for Le Meridien Hotels and Resorts in Thailand, Malaysia and Borneo.
From 1994 -1999, Lincoln was a member of the quality team at Le Meridien Dubai, a team that achieved the Dubai Quality Award; while the hotel
was voted World’s Best Airport Hotel. In 1999, he joined Le Meridien Mina Seyahi as pre-opening Training Manager. Lincoln serves as the
Training Manager at Le Royal Meridien Baan Taling Ngam in Koh Samui Thailand in 2000 and the Director of Quality and Training of Le Royal
Meridien Dubai from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, he joined Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu as the Director of Training.
During his time in Le Royal Meridien Dubai, the hotel was ranked No. 36 worldwide amongst Le
Meridiens for Guest Service. Within one year, the
hotel was ranked no. 1 for Guest Service amongst Le Meridien hotels worldwide. Lincoln also achieved the prestigious DEPA Award in the Middle
East for “Commitment to Quality” in 2004; and was part of the successful opening team of the Award winning Grosvenor House Hotel in Dubai in
2005.

Edmund Pak, a Singaporean national, has enjoyed a distinguished international career which has taken him to most of the major continents over the
course of 11 years, five years of which are from hotel revenue management. His other hotel experiences include Front Office operations, Event
Management and Sales & Marketing.
Prior to InterContinental Grand Stanford, Edmund worked as the Director of Revenue Management at the Shanghai JC Mandarin, part of the
Meritus Hotels and Resorts group. Areas of responsibility are room revenue management, room reservations, electronic channels - Central
reservations systems, 3rd party websites and Global Distribution system. He has also worked for various hotels in Singapore such as Pan
Pacific Hotel, Orchard Parade Hotel, Shangri-la Hotel and Sheraton Towers and he finally moved his career to China for the pre-opening team of
the Regent Shanghai.
