In 2004,
the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok introduced the residence, a residential-style, multi-functional event facility occupying 950 square metres of creatively designed space on the Mezzanine level of the hotel.
Following its success,
the luxury hotel has now opened its latest creative venue, the residence 305. the residence 305 is located
on the Mezzanine level, adjacent to the residence Loft Kitchen and
covers more than 250 square meters.
Designed by the internationally acclaimed New York-based interior designer, Tony Chi, the residence 305 is "a residence within the
residence", including all the elements of the residence namely Gallery, Dining Room, Living Room and Show Kitchen, all in one room along
with an impressive Whisky Room and a Patio Garden.

The Gallery:
a reception area outside the Whisky Room ideal for pre-event cocktails and gatherings. The Gallery has a special zone that
can be used as a bar for cocktail receptions.
The Whisky Room:
a glass-walled room dedicated to whisky, complete with towering shelves of
some of the finest whiskies from around the
world.
The Dining Room:
this residential-style venue was designed for exclusive meetings and social sit-down events. It features a contemporary
library and is equipped with a built-in 65-inch LCD panel and ultra
high-speed wireless internet connectivity.
The Bulthaup Show Kitchen:
a unique feature of the residence 305 is the
exclusive German-designed Bulthaup Show Kitchen which is fully equipped with Gaggenau appliances, including an oven, a grill, a steamer and a cooking range that can cater for any meal. It is ideal for
cocktail receptions, luncheons, dinners, coffee breaks, chef’s table events and cooking classes.
The Living Room: this special room was designed to allow guests to relax during
a coffee break or to enjoy after-meal drinks, and features Saint Paul furniture from Italy.
The Patio Garden: this special area, outside the sash windows, overlooks Rajdamri Road and the Erawan Shrine. Here, guests can enjoy a
quiet retreat from the residence 305 or admire the view from inside.
Like the residence, the residence 305 will also feature its own host and chef who will personally coordinate details, from event concept to
completion, ensuring success. Dedicated menus for the residence 305 are carefully crafted and tailor-made in the Show Kitchen using only
the freshest seasonal ingredients.

a perfect choice, and one of the most unique in Bangkok, for hosting small and medium-sized events for 10 to 50 people for dinner and for up to 150 people for
cocktail receptions. Altogether, the residence will now be able to cater to larger events and accommodate up to 700 people for product
