Langham Hotels International
has signed a new loyalty partnership with Emirates’ frequent flyer program – Skywards –
which reaches over 3.8 million members.
The strategically important agreement with Skywards, enables their frequent fliers to earn
600 miles per qualifying stay at any LHI property around the globe.
The partnership
allows Emirates to promote all Langham properties to a strong Middle East
audience and globally to its frequent fliers as Langham looks to expand its footprint along
the ‘new Silk Road’ of India, China and the Middle East.
Bob van den
Oord, Vice President – Sales & Marketing of Langham Hotels
International, said, “This new partnership with Emirates allows us to reach high net worth individuals who are
known frequent travellers. The joint promotional opportunities will allow us to raise awareness
of The Langham and Langham Place brands throughout the Emirates network – particularly in
the Middle East.”
Langham Hotels International has partnerships with 19 leading airlines with the total number
of Frequent Flyer Programme members able to earn mileage benefits at its hotels at 172 million worldwide.
