Best Western
International has opened a new boutique hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. The
cozy 49-room Best Western Mayfair Suites is located in Bangkok's
Pratunam district, an area renowned for some of Bangkok's best shopping
options.
Each of the guest rooms
at the hotel offer guests cityscape views of Thailand’s capital. Rooms
are split into three categories, Standard, Superior and Deluxe and range
in size from a compact, yet comfortable 22 square metres, to 32 square
metres. To ensure a good night's sleep the rooms feature quality
mattresses and pillows, along with complimentary WiFi, an electronic
safe and LCD TV's that feature an excellent
selection of TV channels including HBO, Star
Movies, CNN, ESPN, Star Sports, the Discovery Channel and Super Sports. The hotel also features Millennio Café,
which serves quality Thai and international cuisine. Guests can also
visit The Bar, an area of the hotel designed for relaxation over hot and cold drinks of every
description. A small spa is expected to open in August with a variety of
different treatments available, and in the future the hotel will be looking to link up with
a fitness centre in Bangkok which would allow guests to work out for
free or at special rates.
Best Western Vice President International Operations Asia, Glenn de Souza,
said, “This contemporary boutique hotel is the newest addition to our Thailand portfolio. You can find it tucked away in an oasis of tranquility beside the best of Bangkok’s world-class array of shops, including
Central World Plaza, Gaysorn Plaza and Siam Paragon. Plus it’s only minutes from the
Skytrain.”
To celebrate its
opening, Best Western Mayfair Suites has launched a special introductory
promotion. Guests can stay 3 days and 2 nights inclusive of breakfast
plus a one hour relaxing foot or shoulder massage for just 3,000THB nett.
