The Board of Directors of MGM Grand Paradise
has appointed Grant R. Bowie as President, MGM Grand Paradise Limited, effective 1
August, 2008.
In his new position, Mr. Bowie will be responsible for the overall management, strategic development, expansion and all of the joint venture
company’s activities in Macau.
A native of New Zealand, Mr. Bowie is a veteran in managing market-leading gaming and hotel properties with a strategic approach
integrating the key disciplines of sales and marketing, human resources, finance and organizational sustainability into a single
brand
position.
Mr. Bowie spent close to
two decades with Conrad Jupiters Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, with his final position being the company’s
Senior Vice President for the Australian area. Between 2003 and 2007, Mr. Bowie relocated to Macau, Special Administrative Region (SAR) of
the People’s Republic of China, and was President and General Manager of Wynn Macau.
About the new appointment, Ms. Pansy Ho, Managing Director of MGM Grand Paradise Limited,

appointment of Mr. Grant Bowie as President of MGM Grand Paradise. His proven leadership, experience and expertise in the hospitality
industry will prove to be a great asset to us.”
“I especially want to thank Mr. Bob Moon for taking up the President role of MGM GRAND Macau and his leading the
team in the successful opening of the property,” Ms. Ho added.
Mr. Moon will now resume his position of the President and CEO of MGM MIRAGE International, responsible for International Development,
Operations and Marketing for MGM MIRAGE.
