Singaporean

has been appointed Food & Beverage Director primarily responsible for the new hotel’s three bar and restaurant venues –
25 Degrees, named after one of LA’s best burger bars at the famous Roosevelt Hotel on Hollywood Boulevard, and Gilt, a split-level rooftop
restaurant and lounge/bar, serving Mediterranean cuisine with a Tibetan twist.
Mr Teo, 43, a graduate of Singapore’s Hotel & Catering Educational College, was previously Executive Assistant Manager aboard
mega-cruise ship SuperStar Virgo around Australia and Asia. He earlier worked at Copthorne King’s Hotel in Singapore.

Grand Hyatt Taipei.
Ms

Inspired by the retro chic of the 1960’s,
the 110-room Hotel G Beijing neighbours a host of popular eateries and nightspots.
The first of an exclusive boutique hotel brand launched by Hong Kong-based real estate private equity management firm Gateway Capital is
the flagship for a planned boutique hotel chain across China and Asia.
Gateway Capital is headed by real estate entrepreneur Goodwin Gaw, renowned for the recent US$24 million restoration of the iconic
