Lynx Developments,
a property developer on Koh Samui island in Thailand, has launched its latest prestigious project,
the Amara Golf Village, comprising 19 luxurious villas that occupy a prime location, just 2 minutes’ golf-cart drive from the prestigious Santiburi Samui Country
Club and championship golf course.
To make the investment more attractive, Lynx is
offering a “peace of mind” package, including land title
insurance with each unit, a 10 year structural guarantee and a one year defects warranty.
In addition, Lynx is offering,
a mortgage financing facility that allows property investors to finance up to 50% of
the property value on a 10 year loan term at a competitive 7.6% interest rate that is fixed for the duration of the loan. This
financing is
available to all purchasers.
“This facility puts resort properties well within the reach of investors and also gives investors the ability to leverage their investments for
capital growth,” said Lynx Chairman, Hywel Williams.
Lynx is also
a partner of Thailand Elite, a VIP privilege programme operated by the Thailand Tourism Authority that
offers members fast-track immigration and passport control, complimentary green fees at more than 20 of Thailand’s top golf courses,
complimentary spa treatments at more than 50 of the country’s best spas, a renewable five-year multiple-entry visa allowing members to
come and go as they please and stay as long as they like, and complimentary annual check-ups at any of 11 international hospitals, among
a host of other benefits.
Buyers of the Amara golf villas will get automatic membership to the prestigious Thailand Elite
programme.
The villas at the secure gated Amara Golf Village are fitted with top quality western-style kitchens, Balinese bathrooms with terrazzo
bathtubs and Thyssen energy-efficient windows. Three en-suite bedrooms open onto an expansive courtyard-style outdoor living area with
private pool.
The project, due for completion end 2009, is Lynx Development’s third such development in Koh Samui and follows on from the success of
Amara Gardens, which sold out in record time on launching last year.
