Two hotels in Japan, the Grand Pacific Le Daiba and the Hotel Pacific Tokyo, have joined Summit Hotels & Resorts network of more than 135 hotels and resorts in over 40 countries. The two hotels have just completed their management contracts with a major chain brand and have partnered with Summit Hotels & Resorts for global distribution and marketing support.

Grand Pacific Le Daiba: This European-style 884-room Grand Pacific Le Daiba offers a unique blend of design and elegance on Daiba island overlooking Tokyo Bay. Celebrated Tokyo attractions are just minutes away, including the Museum of Maritime Science, Joy Polis, the Ginza shopping area, and the colorful attractions of Palette Town – Aqua City and the impressive Sun Walk. Grand Pacific Le Daiba offers ten restaurants and lounges, indoor and outdoor pools, massage treatments, and state-of-the-art fitness center. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Daiba Station with a connecting walkway.

Hotel Pacific Tokyo: Located directly in front of Shinagawa Station with access to Japan Railways and the Shinkansen bullet train, Hotel Pacific Tokyo is just 15 minutes from Tokyo's world-renowned shopping and entertainment center. With 954 rooms, the hotel is nestled among acres of Japanese gardens in the midst of the bustling Shinagawa area. The garden is a green refuge for guests whether it is a view from the room or in the restaurants. Ideal for business and leisure travelers, the hotel offers nine restaurants and bars, outdoor swimming pool, salon and shopping arcade. The sizable banquet areas provide 18 meeting rooms.

“Grand Pacific Le Daiba and Hotel Pacific Tokyo are a great addition to the Preferred Hotel Group. We are now well represented by seven hotels in Tokyo that are spread out in different parts of the sprawling city. We offer our guests more choices and convenience to get their business done efficiently. As a result, they have the luxury of time to enjoy the city and its local attractions,” said Mark Simmons, Area Managing Director, Asia.
