HPL Hotels & Resorts
has appointed Gan Kim Leng as its new Vice President of Business Development and Asset Management to be
based at its corporate office in Singapore.
Gan
has almost 20 years of hospitality, financial and auditing experience. Before returning to join the HPL Group at HPL Hotels
& Resorts, Gan was most recently the Vice President of Business Development and Asset Management with The Ascott Group. Prior to that,
Gan spent 10 years with HPL Leisure Holdings, which is also part of the HPL Group, in overseeing the set-up and development of its North
Asia retail business before moving on to its hotel division.
As the new Vice President of Business Development and Asset Management at HPL Hotels & Resorts, Gan will be the
owner’s representative as well as the asset manager for certain third party managed hotels and oversee part of the hospitality management
company’s new developments and growth expansion of its properties.
