Tiger Airways
has appointed Ms Cecilia Lim as its new General Counsel. Ms Lim will manage legal risks and resources while she leads and develops the legal
function to support the growth of the Tiger Aviation Group.
Lim will provide strategic legal
counsel to the Tiger Aviation Groups board of directors and senior management team, as
well as to the Groups business divisions, Tiger Airways Singapore and Tiger Airways
Australia. Her responsibilities also entail rigorous legal support to ensure sound corporate
governance, network development and growth initiatives.
Lim has over 15 years of diverse experience in commercial and corporate law, with
established law firms such as Allen & Gledhill and Wong Partnership, and regional in-house
experience with American multinational companies Baxter Healthcare (medical devices
manufacturer) and Huntsman Corporation (specialty chemicals manufacturer). With her
extensive regional legal and transactional experience in Asia, including China, India, SEA
and Australia, Lim is well-equipped with the requisite experience to support the growth of the
Tiger Aviation Group.

Aviation General Counsel Ms Cecilia Lim said, I am joining Tiger at a very important
phase as it moves from a start up enterprise to a full fledged airline with extensive network
across Asia Pacific. These are exciting times for Tiger as it evolves into a group holding
structure with aggressive growth in the Asia Pacific region. It is timely for me to come in now
to support its growth and provide legal and compliance leadership. I am excited by the
challenges that are ahead.
Ms Cecilia Lim hails from Singapore and has a Master of Law from Cambridge
University, UK. She is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law as well as an
associate member of the Law Society of Singapore. Ms Lim has been admitted to the
Singapore Bar since 1992. She is in her late 30s.
