Wyndham Worldwide
has expanded its innovative Women on Their Way program to include career development, leadership training, work/life
balance seminars, mentoring and networking for Company associates.
The Women on Their Way Associate Program will include mentoring circles, workshops on topics surrounding health, family life, and work/life
balance as well as career development classes, seminars and networking events. The goal of the program is to help female associates to
advance within the company while creating a culture of camaraderie, support and teamwork.
“Wyndham Worldwide is proud to be a
company that supports women and the Women on Their Way Associate Program strives to help them to
reach their professional and personal goals through programming, workshops and mentor
circles,” said Evelin Potts, Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Diversity Inclusion,
Wyndham Worldwide. “Our associates are excited about the program and we are thrilled to see a high level of engagement in our programs.”
The internal program will also have a password protected website and online community where
company associates can interact. The site
provides associates with a forum to meet fellow employees around the globe while learning more about the Company and businesses.
Women on Their Way is an online resource for business and leisure travelers to find everything they need to plan and book their next trip. The
website includes expert advice on destinations, hotels, timeshare resorts and vacation rentals, plus special
