Park Hotel Clarke Quay, the newest addition to Park
Hotel Groups portfolio in Singapore, is to open March 2009.
When it opens, Park Hotel Clarke Quay will
offer 336 rooms and suites, including two floors of Park Privilege Club rooms. The
rooms feature modern furnishings with a classic touch, as well as a full range of lifestyle and
business amenities, while the suites come with fully-furnished living rooms and bathrooms.
Located on the 9th and 10th floors, the Park Privilege Club rooms offer exclusivity for
discerning travellers with a business centre, meeting rooms and the option of dining
in the private Club Lounge.
Other hotel facilities include three multi-purpose meeting and conference rooms, Brizo, the
all-day dining restaurant, a gymnasium, an outdoor swimming pool and spa pavilions.
The hotels striking design, by DP Architects and DP Design, is a contemporary take on
Singapore architecture in the 1800s. The 10-storey building is topped by a striking red-tiled
roof and towers with spires, while its exterior features neo-classical motifs such as cast iron
balconies and large overhanging eaves.
The hotel features intelligent lighting, accentuating the interiors of the rooms and
illuminating a stunning faade that offers a refreshing change to the skyline of the riverfront
area.
Park Hotel Clarke Quay is Park Hotel Groups third property in Singapore, after Park Hotel
Orchard, Singapore and Grand Plaza Park Hotel City Hall, Singapore. The
group also has
three hotels in China and Hong Kong, making a total of six.
Allen Law, Director of Park Hotel Group,
said, The groups growth has been achieved mainly
through acquisitions so we are excited about our first new-built property. Its prime location at
one of the islands trendiest areas will see Park Hotel Clarke Quay as the place to be.

the hotel is just 20 minutes from the airport. Park Hotel Clarke Quay is just minutes away
from Singapores premier shopping belt, Orchard Road, and close to the financial and
