A new and innovative corporate detox programme, developed by Six Senses Spas,
has been launched at Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay Bodrum in Turkey. The programme allows key decision-makers the opportunity to regenerate themselves by adopting
a more wellness orientated approach to meetings and hectic business lifestyles.
The programme is designed for small executive groups between ten and fifteen people. It combines the modern and luxurious business meeting
and accommodation services at the hotel with a uniquely designed detox programme incorporating holistic activities, nutritional and lifestyle
consultations, balanced cuisine, spa treatments, plus effective take-home advice.
Participants receive professional guidance in the hands of expertly trained practitioners and therapists including gentle morning exercises such
as yoga, meditation in the evening, and detoxing and energising spa therapies throughout the day. Participants also receive a personal
consultation with a nutritionist to gain a better understanding of their eating and drinking habits, and how to adapt them to improve overall
health. Additionally, a special ‘brain food’ balanced cuisine menu using locally sourced produce where possible, is designed to slowly release
energy throughout the day in order to maximise concentration levels.
To compliment the detox programme and further improve the way companies function, management are encouraged to introduce corporate
decision making workshops focused around ‘mind boosting’ business-focused brain-storming sessions. Brain-storming ideas could include:
purification of the corporate tissue; ways to achieve a higher level of effectiveness by simplifying corporate processes;
debugging the
corporate structure; things to do for a better functioning corporate metabolism.
